STANDING ALONE

Standing alone

To stand at the summit

of understanding and

sweeping the world

with a single glance.

To laugh

at the painlessness

of human life.

A laughter that dismisses

evil, discovers suddenly

that there is no

reason in evil, no

meaning,  no basis ,

NOTHING !

To lose the importance

given to others….

To lose the need

to convince, cajole,

force, influence.

To stand alone

and, revel in

one’s own joy.

One’s path clear,

with a knowledge that it

would be difficult days,

that life would

be a battle.

Accepting it and

hence feeling free,

knowing

that there is

no harm that

evil can really do.

It cannot touch

your joy,

it is impotent, powerless

as a void cannot

affect a fullness.

They are apart, separate

and there cannot

be a bridge.

One is free

and filled with

energy and a complete

certainty

that lightens one’s path

and makes life

a great blessing!
